My pengarah's PA handed me the info u sent when i reported on duty after the Penang trip.Apparently she didn't know that i was away on the 1st till 3rd of Jun.
Ketika berkampung di Cititel, kumpulan kami yang diketuai Dr. Siti Taniza telah berusaha untuk memurnikan penulisan ttg kajian masalah psikologi warga IPGM dan hubungannya dengan pembangunan perkhidmatan bimbingan dan kaunseling di dalam kampus. Bersyukur bahawa matlamat mesyuarat tercapai walaupun kita perlu berbincang sampai pukul 2 pagi.
Dr. Siti akan memajukan soal selidik kepada kaunselor pentadbir Kampus Rajang, Tengku Bainun dan Kent untuk tjuan pre-test. Item2 soal selidik fokus kepada 7 aspek psikologi manusia berdasarkan teori keperlu Maslow. Sebanyak 60 sampel akan dikumpul.
If everything goes well as planned, all counsellors may meet at Shah Alam by the end of Jun for the next mission.

After meeting in Penang Cititel, I started my program for my staf sokongan in Penang too for 3 days. So I missed the chance about managing conflict in Shah Alam. Hopefully will get the chance some other times.
I invited Pn Jumiah's husband, En Ibrahim as a speaker for my program. He did a good job and all my stafs like the way he conducted the program.
He was using the PERASA style to deliver my title: Kursus Peningkatan Kualiti Diri.
I told my staff that this course doesn't meant that who were chosen to go were low profile. That's just a title only. Who knows maybe one day we could creat a title of: Kursus Kelemahan Disiplin Diri. Why not right? :-)
